What is the role?

Mobile Response Officer/Keyholder – Frontline SIA License is required – no applications will be considered unless you hold the relevant valid SIA Licenses.  All roles are subject vetting to a 5 year checkable history.

Where is it based?

In our Response Team for the Sittingbourne area at various sites.

What is the Salary?

£10.00 per hour

Working Pattern:

Nights and Weekends with an average of 48 hrs per week

What is the main purpose of the role?

The role will primarily include driving a marked company vehicle between sites to; set alarm systems, lock and unlock clients’ premises, undertake patrols inside and outside buildings and respond to alarm activations.

You will need to complete logs and alarm reports using an innovative IT system and be supported by the Ward Security 24 hour Contact Centre. Other similar associated tasks will need to be completed as required.

 What experience and skills do I need?

  • Experience within a similar position in keyholding for a minimum of 1 year
  • Good interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate clearly with people at all levels projecting a confident and professional manner.
  • A 5-year checkable work history or back to school record.
  • To be able to observe and accurately record incidents as they occur.
  • Able to prioritise workloads and be flexible in the approach to varied tasks
  • To be of smart appearance at all times whilst representing the company image.
  • To be punctual in attendance.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
