CBRE Middletown star employee of month award winner

A security officer with growing firm Ward Security has received the company’s Star Employee Monthly Award for his outstanding work for CBRE, the world’s leading commercial property and real estate services adviser. The award comes as Ward Security further reinforces its commitment to its key corporate values – PRIDE.

Ward’s PRIDE values encapsulate the firm’s vision of becoming the most trusted security partner in the UK by demonstrating Protection, Respect, Integrity, Dynamic Teamwork and Excellence to both clients and employees.

Security officer Osa Igbinovia, who is based at a CBRE property in Midtown, London, was nominated for the Star Employee accolade by a colleague for exemplifying Ward’s PRIDE values and displaying an all-round commitment to providing the best security service possible at the site.

As part of its commitment to fostering a culture of excellence, Ward Security holds a monthly staff award scheme. Clients are encouraged to nominate Ward Security staff who have done a particularly outstanding job, with Ward’s board then selecting a winner.

David Ward, managing director of Ward Security, said: “We are delighted that Osa came to the attention of managers at CBRE through his excellent work. His reliability, hard work and commitment to fulfilling Ward’s five key PRIDE values made the decision to give him the Star Employee Award a straightforward one.”

Duncan Maclver, associate director at CBRE, commented: “Osa has done a great job at Midtown for us and he is a critical part of the team. I know from first-hand discussions with our tenants that Osa is rated very highly by everyone he meets; he should be very proud of this accolade.”

David Ward added: “The Star Employee Award and the PRIDE values reinforce our Client Service Pledge, which states that clients can expect to receive the highest quality of service and levels of professionalism from us. We are committed to being available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to deal with clients’ needs.

“Our PRIDE values apply whatever sector Ward Security is operating in, and whatever the size of the contract. They help define us as a business, so clients understand exactly what they can expect from us, and our staff understand the high standards they should attain.

“Maintaining the highest ethical standards is vitally important to us at Ward Security, as is maintaining a culture where there is a commitment to continuous improvement.”
