It provides automated, real time attendance monitoring of our Security Officers complete with provision of an audit trail for our clients. Our Duty Controllers also carry out regular welfare telephone calls to Officers throughout their shift.
The Centre is responsible for despatching our Fast Response Teams to alerts from Alarm Receiving Centres. Advanced vehicle tracking ensures not only the fastest response time, but also speed and idling times to ensure that CO2 emissions are minimised. Again, a full audit trail is provided.
Routine remote CCTV surveillance and response to motion-activated cameras are also carried out from the Centre, triggering despatch of a Fast Response Team or visual verification, enabling us to alert the Police or other emergency services, as appropriate.
Clients can also take advantage of our out-of-hours help desk, where emergency maintenance calls are logged and handled using a panel of closely vetted contractors.
The Centre is mirrored at our Central London disaster recovery suite to ensure total continuity of service and clients’ security.
